 We offer returns on all products within 30 days of the order delivery date. 

• All refunds on opened or unopened merchandise are subject to the approval of the Lilu Team and will incur a $10 return shipping fee.
• We offer free size exchanges on unused bras within 30 days of the order delivery date.

We also offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery on the Lilu Massage Bra in the event that it stops working or becomes defective. If you have any concerns with the product, please contact us at [e-mail].
