For sanitary reasons, we're unable to accept returns on any products that have been used.
- We offer free returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of the order delivery date. The seal on the box must be unbroken.
- If you've opened the box but have not used the product, you have 30 days from the order delivery date to submit a return request from our team. After inspection, we will refund unused orders, minus a $50 restocking fee if the seal is broken or the 14 day window has passed.
- All refunds on opened merchandise are subject to approval of the Lilu Team.
- We offer free size exchanges on unused bras within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Note: once you have exchanged for a new size, your product is not eligible for return.
We also offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery on the Lilu Massage Bra in the event that it stops working or becomes defective. If you have any concerns with the product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
