I charged the controller briefly after it ran out of battery, but it doesn’t turn on. What should I do?

If the controller is fully out of charge, it needs to be charged for 20 minutes before turning on. This is to ensure safety and extend the battery life. 

If it still doesn’t turn on, try plugging it into a different outlet and make sure you’re using a 5V 1A plug adapter (like your phone charger plug).
