Our limited manufacturer's warranty covers the following:
- Products that arrive damaged as long as we’re contacted within 30 days of purchase
- If the tubes get disconnected from the controller
- Leaks in the cushions within the first 30 days of purchase
- Battery or mechanical malfunctions within the first 30 days, that are not a result of user errors mentioned above.
Damages that are NOT covered by our warranty are as follows:
- Water damage
- Wear & tear on the bra or components after 30 days (such as tears, rips, or other damage)
- Mold inside the cushions
- Battery malfunctions due to customer using unsupported plug adapter. To see the correct plug adapter to use with your USB cord, please refer to our how-to video on recharging the bra.
DISCLAIMER: All warranty & return claims will be thoroughly inspected by our team upon receiving the product. You will receive a refund after our team has inspected your product and only if we determine it is unused and/or covered by the Lilu limited warranty.
